We built Playground so you can keep play, planning, and account management together in one app in Canada. New users can register in-app, while existing players log in with their usual credentials.
Sign-Up & Verification
Register using the top-right “Sign Up” button, then enter your details and Canadian address. We require identity verification, including government ID photos and proof of address.
Verification usually completes within 24 hours on business days, and our team starts at 8am ET. Once approved, the same account works across your connected Playground experience.
Practical Account Security
We protect accounts with multiple layers designed for everyday use, without unnecessary friction. Enable these tools in Account Settings after your first login.

Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Connection issues are often network-related, so switching between WiFi and mobile data can stabilize play. A quick device restart also resolves many session interruptions.
If a game fails to load, a pull-down refresh can help. For ongoing problems, clearing the app cache fixes most issues without requiring a reinstall.
Account access can lock after three failed attempts for 30 minutes as a precaution. Password resets are available through “Forgot Password” with email verification.
